Every room at Pacific Vista was drawn around a single obsession: the river. Glass runs floor-to-ceiling on the water side, daybeds sit at the window line, and the Master Sleep System — a hand-built mattress, twelve pillows to choose from, full blackout — guarantees the morning starts better than the night ended.
Suites add butler service, salon lounge access and pressing for two garments daily. The Skyline Residence and Wharf Penthouse operate as private apartments: separate studies, wine fridges, dining for eight and a dedicated host on call around the clock.

River Deluxe King and above all face the water; the Riverbend Grand and Penthouse hold the widest Story Bridge angles. Request floors 20+ at booking for the fullest panorama — we allocate honestly, first confirmed first served.
If a higher category is open on arrival we offer paid upgrades at roughly 40% of the rate difference. Key Club members at Black Onyx and above are upgraded free when inventory allows.
Yes — returning guests can hold favourite rooms (2104 and 2204 are the most requested) subject to availability. Add the request to your booking or call reservations.
We guarantee the configuration at booking — Vista King plus River Deluxe twin pairs exist on every floor. Book them as one request and the combination is locked to your reservation.
